USA shipping only at this point. All packs will be shipped out via USPS priority flat rate. $10 per item + $3.45 per order. You are always welcome to pick up your pack in person from our shop in Twisp, Washington. Contact me about large orders or special shipping needs.

Returns and exchanges

Warranty: Something wrong with your pack? Lets chat. If it is our fault (defect in material or workmanship) we'll repair or replace your pack at our discretion. If it's your fault (you dropped it down a granite cliff), normal wear and tear or just a sad accident (woodland creatures chewing holes to get at your Snickers) we will work with you to get your bag back in the game, but we may need to charge a reasonable fee for repair. If the pack is beyond repair we will offer a discount on a new pack. Please contact me with a brief description of the issue to receive a return authorization number and instructions before sending anything back. Put "Return Authorization" in the title.

Other Returns: Packs returned within 30 days in unused condition are eligible for refund or exchange. Please contact me with a brief description of the issue to receive a return authorization number and instructions before sending anything back. Put "Return Authorization" in the title.

Custom work

"I have an idea for a pack. Can you make it for me?"

Generally speaking I don't take on fully custom work. Every pack I have on my site has taken many, many hours of sketching, patterning, prototyping and re-design to get it where it is. I take that on as part of the design process and my prices only reflect the time it takes me to assemble an already developed product. If I am developing a product for a 3rd party I have to charge for my time as it takes me away from other projects. This becomes prohibitively expensive for most people. Even "simple" projects such as adding a pocket or zipper can take several hours to properly plan and complete. So...Feel free to ask. If I have the time and ability I might say yes, but I will likely have to decline for the reasons mentioned above.
